Shopping Terms & Conditions
Purchasing from JPS Marketing Ltd
JPS Marketing Ltd shopping give customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.
You will be asked to register as a JPS Customer in order to have access to the online shopping site.
Products displayed on the site can be purchased using a secure online Visa and Mastercard transaction facility. Customers can be confident that we maintain the highest level of security.
We have a secure E-Way system with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), so when your personal information is transmitted online it is done in a format that nobody can access except us.
Your name, address and credit card number remain secure with us. Once we receive your order, your personal information is immediately isolated on a secure server behind a firewall, not accessible from the Internet.
Your credit card details are only kept for the duration of the transaction with us. This means you will have to re-enter this information every time you wish to make a purchase on jpsmarketing.co.nz.
We take security seriously, and have taken these essential steps to ensure your personal information is secure. We however, accept no responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal information which you submit to us.
All unit prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and exclude GST (15% Goods & Services tax), Freight & Distribution Charges.
Payment & Delivery
If your payment is successful the order will be sent through to our warehouse for processing.
Unbranded product delivery:
Non-branded product delivery times are 48-72 hours.
Branded product delivery:
Standard delivery times for branded product are 7-10 days from art approval sign off. Delivery is based on received finished artwork to JPS specifications. Failure to produce finished artwork may result in extended delivery dates.
Delivery dates for international deliveries will be advised on a case by case basis.
If the delivery is to be delayed, the cardholder will be notified of the delay and there will be an option to obtain a refund.
There are no refunds or returns on branded products following art approval sign off. So please check all details carefully before ordering.
We will allow exchanges or replacements only if your items arrive damaged or if there was an error in the branding that does not correspond to art sign off.
If personalised products are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
You can return un-branded product only within 7 days of receipt of order. The items must be in original condition with all labels still attached and in original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. When returning items please mail the parcel to the address below:
